I grew up across nearly ten different schools all over India (originally from a small town in Maharashtra, Ambarnath), which probably explains why I'm comfortable being thrown into unfamiliar situations, and why I love meeting new people, going on hikes, and long trips with no fixed itinerary.
Sports have always been a big part of my life. In an earlier life I played badminton professionally. I've also played chess at the district level and still play casually. Equestrianism is something I picked up along the way and am still very fond of. Other than that: swimming, football, and long walks somewhere green seem appealing.
When I'm not doing any of that, I'm usually reading. It started when I was four (Chacha Chaudhary, Enid Blyton, Tinkle, Amish Tripathi) and gradually shifted toward non-fiction and philosophy of mind (For instance Being You gives a real insight into how abstract things like consciousness actually work).
I listen to a lot of music, play guitar occasionally, and I'm almost always in the middle of a sudoku. There's something about a problem with a deterministic answer that I find very calming. // hence mathematics.
